Jikasudah sampai di Penang dan punya waktu cukup banyak, menurut saya sayang jika tidak dilanjutkan ke Hat Yai, Thailand. Hat Yai berada sangat dekat dengan Malaysia (Penang), hanya berjarak sekitar 220 km dan bisa ditempuh dengan perjalanan darat selama 3-4 jam saja. 2 hari 1 malam cukuplah di Hat Yai, karena menurut saya Hat Yai tidak belum se-atraktif Phuket, atau Bangkok.
